Clear aligners are a series of thin, transparent trays that move your teeth in small, planned increments. You wear each set for one to two weeks, then move to the next. They are removable, virtually invisible in conversation, and there are no brackets or wires involved at any point.
We scan your teeth digitally and build a treatment simulation, which shows the movement tooth by tooth and lets you see the projected result before committing. Your aligners are then manufactured to that plan. You wear them twenty to twenty-two hours a day, taking them out to eat and to brush, and we check your progress at intervals to keep the movement on track.
Beyond appearance, aligned teeth are easier to clean, wear more evenly, and put less strain on the jaw. For adults who spent years assuming braces were no longer an option, aligners quietly remove that excuse. And because they are removable, treatment fits around a professional life rather than interrupting it.

Simple cases finish in as little as four to six months. Most treatments run between nine and eighteen months. The simulation we build at the start will give you a specific number for your case rather than a general range, and staying consistent with wear time is the single biggest factor in hitting it.
Aligners only work when they are in your mouth, so this treatment rewards discipline. Some cases involve small tooth-colored attachments bonded to the teeth to help with tricky movements. Complex skeletal bite problems may be better served by other approaches, and we will say so. Retainers afterward are not optional if you want the result to last.
There is no recovery period as such. Once you finish the final set, we take you into retainers, worn nightly, to hold everything in place. This is also the natural moment to consider whitening or edge refinement, because the teeth are now positioned exactly where a cosmetic finish will look its best.
